Here are the softwares currently available as result of the Biaroza project.
All of them are free and may be distributed under the GNU GPL license.
The dictionaries' databases are also free and may be distributed under the GFDL license.

To have a functional Belarusian-English-Belarusian dictionary you need to download both Biaroza (the software) and Biaroza-Sava (the dictionary database).
